At The Video Store With Rama

I remember one time Rama tapped me to do some work for him - and I was all star struck and amazed that I had the chance to be around him. At one point when we were working, he thought it was time for a break, so we went to a local video store to find a good one to watch.

Just seeing Rama in a "regular" situation was kind of surreal for me, up until then I had only really seen him at seminars. So, here I am, wandering around the video store in a strip mall with my Enlightened teacher. While it was momentous to me, he proceeded without fanfare, picked a video and we walked up to check out.

At that moment, the gal managing the store went up to the guy who was the cashier and told him that she was going on break. She asked him if he could keep an eye on the store while she was out and he agreed. By now, Rama and I were at the head of the line.

The cashier guy turned, looked at the store and yelled, "I AM NOW THE GOD OF THIS STORE!".

Rama got a huge smile on his face and said, "That's the right attitude!"
